Universities Market will be mainly university students.  Rational for dates: most national days of Latin American countries fall in September.
September Presentation of research on Philippine-Latin American trade relations PIDS Part of the celebration of September as policy research month.
November Cultural exhibit of artifacts from Mexico (part of the celebrtion of the 50th anniversary of RP-Mexico diplomatic relations) NCCA, National Museum PACLAS members, especially the universities, will promote this.  They can also extend assistance in setting it up, if needed.
November Conference in commemoration of the 50th anniversary (cf. above), involving Filipino and Mexican academics ADMU Yet to be firmed up
Year-round Lecture series by experts on Latin America Universities A wide range of topics and disciplines is envisioned, from economics and business to culture and the arts.
  Coordination with embassies of Latin American countries for the dissemination of information on their library collections and other material; in turn, to promote Philippine heritage and trade relations with Latin American countries Universities  
  Development of PACLAS website PIDS, UST PIDS will take care of the technology; UST of the registration fee
  Development of database on Latin American experts in the Philippines and bibliography on Latin America All PACLAS members  
  Football league Universities Teams will represent different Latin American countries
  Curricular research focusing on courses of Latin America and the Spanish language; promotion of these courses Universities  
 
PACLAS would like to get information on the top ten universities (and their disciplinary strengths) of each Latin American country, grants for research projects (specialized or curricular) about Latin America, and possibilities of academic exchanges; and to promote the Philippines (e.g., culture, trade) in Latin America.
